Procurement of raw materials is conducted worldwide, and inventories amounted to EUR 12,341,249.83 as of 31.12.2023, so the company maintains deliberate stockpiles to secure customer supply. The company is included in the consolidated financial statements of KineCon Holding GmbH and transfers its annual surplus under a profit transfer agreement concluded on 16 February 2022.
