“Realtime” is the cost when forcing a live fetch with fetch_realtime=true.
Subscriptions deliver a company's data to you via webhook, email, or simple polling — so you're notified when something changes instead of re-querying on a schedule. They're also the dependable way to obtain data that isn't ready yet: when the Handelsregister is temporarily unavailable, FirmenData keeps retrying on your chosen cadence and delivers the result as soon as it succeeds.
Subscriptions are billed once when you create them — the data endpoint's realtime cost plus a delivery-mode surcharge (+10 one-time, +50 recurring).
