The company constructs, acquires, manages and administers buildings in all legal and usage forms and may in particular create single-family homes and condominiums and issue hereditary building rights. At year-end 2024 HWB managed a total of 1,750 residential units, of which 1,685 were its own rental apartments; the portfolio also included 242 garages, 1,003 parking spaces, 67 covered parking spaces and 258 underground parking spaces. HWB carries out new construction projects and completed in 2024 the new district center building with four residential units; further projects such as the new build in Lorsbach and “Wohnen im Lorsbachtal” are under construction or planned. The company provides complementary services such as supervision, a daycare center, commercial units and parking management and works on behalf of the city of Hofheim am Taunus on development of building areas and housing models for elderly persons.
