Product + concept operates both as a trading company and as a fulfillment service provider and runs its own transaction platform called “business logic”, which serves as a central marketplace for connected business partners. During the reporting period, eCommerce shops were operated on the platform for customers such as AOL Germany, Fujitsu Siemens (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Vobis and T-Systems. Total revenue from trade and services amounted to EUR 14,800,289 in 2006, a decrease of 7.87% compared with 2005 (EUR 16,064,647). In fiscal year 2006 the company employed on average 95 employees, an increase of approximately 42% versus the prior year; about 70% of the workforce were permanent employees.
