Puerstinger High Purity Systems GmbH specializes in chemical supply and mixing systems for the semiconductor industry, using predominantly plastic components and stainless steel. Since 2007 the company has also developed and built wet process equipment with fully automated transport systems as well as manual wet benches for research and development applications. The company evolved from a pure manufacturing operation into an engineering provider with its own process planning and designs, develops, produces and markets supply/disposal systems as well as cleaning and filtration systems. In addition, it conducts plant construction, tank construction and pipeline installations (plastic and stainless steel, ultra-pure media) and serves customers in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and solar industries and other sectors.
