ASK Industries GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of ASK Industries S.p.A. and focuses on the acquisition and development of innovative products for the automotive industry. The company handles distribution of audio systems, antennas and HF cables for all Northern European customers on behalf of ASK Industries S.p.A. and is responsible for full project management up to start of production when awarded a contract. At the Niederwinkling site ASK serves as the competence centre for electronics development and develops all digital amplifiers; main tasks include development of audio amplifiers, sales of speakers and amplifiers, product and project management and procurement of electronic components. Main customers are Northern European car manufacturers, truck makers and automotive suppliers, while series production and delivery are performed by ASK Industries S.p.A.
