Unique Yachts Germany GmbH is the official representative of the FJORD boat brand of the Hanse Yachts Group in Germany, headquartered in Wolfertschwenden, and focuses on acquiring German customers who predominantly use their yachts in the Mediterranean region, particularly Spain. For several years there has been a close cooperation with Marivent Yachts SL in the Balearic Islands, under which UYG provides comprehensive service offerings in Mallorca. Hanse Yachts AG continuously supports the German sales and marketing activities; many sales were supported by MARIVENT, causing a substantial portion of the margin to be paid out as commissions. In the 2023 financial year revenues increased by 68% to 23,384 T€, material expenses amounted to 22,350 T€ (95.5% of performance), operating result was 383 T€ and net profit was €301,391.79; total assets amounted to €11,620,460.80. The company is a small company under § 267 (1) HGB and is therefore not required to publish a profit-and-loss statement.
