Serwo GmbH divides its business into two segments, Automotive and Packaging, operating Automotive at its headquarters in Leverkusen and Packaging at branches in Egeln and Emmendingen. In Automotive the company performs product development, contract manufacturing and distribution for workshop supplies, paint-shop needs, tire trade and workshop equipment; the portfolio explicitly includes seat protectors, front protectors, paint protection, tyre sacks and workshop trolleys. The Packaging segment covers contract manufacturing and import of flexible packaging such as paper carrier bags, fruit and vegetable packaging, industrial packaging and hospital covers; the company also arranges distribution of duplex papers and acts as the German sales representative for an Italian manufacturer. According to the management report the products are available worldwide, the company is certified to DIN ISO 9001 and maintains large warehouse capacity to ensure short delivery times. The company is a small company under § 267 (1) HGB and is therefore not required to publish a profit-and-loss statement.
