Autohaus Lassotta GmbH has been active since its foundation in 1997 in the trade of motor vehicles, vehicle spare parts and accessories, vehicle repair, the brokerage of leasing and financing contracts and in vehicle rental. Dealer and service agreements exist for the brands Volkswagen passenger cars, Volkswagen commercial vehicles and AUDI with the Volkswagen Group; the company’s direct market responsibility and analysis area is the city and county of Meissen and adjacent areas. The service and parts business is described in the management report as the most stable support; the workshop reached about 90% utilization in 2023 and achieved good earnings. In new-car sales, targets were met only for Volkswagen passenger cars from the last quarter of 2023, while Audi sales lagged behind targets and the commercial-vehicle business was burdened by the phase-out of the T6.1 model. Autohaus Lassotta GmbH is a family business.
