Rossia Marketing und Distributionsgesellschaft mbH promotes sales and trades in food, household goods, raw materials and other everyday items. In the second half of 2017 the business was expanded and an online shop in Moscow was opened, operated as a retail business. During the reporting period deliveries were made almost exclusively to Eastern Europe (CIS) and the company states that, due to competitive-law agreements, it does not have its own market position in those countries. The sole owner of the shares and the only managing director is Mr. Mark Volossov; the share capital remains unchanged at EUR 25,564.59.
