Park Service Remscheid GmbH

Park Service Remscheid GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Stadtwerke Remscheid GmbH and is established within the group as a leading operator in Remscheid. Its object is the construction, maintenance and operation of parking facilities and the provision of technical and administrative services; the company operates owned and leased parking areas and performs operations management for third-party owners. The parking business is split into short-term parkers (cash business via ticket machines) and long-term parkers (long-term rental relationships); commercial operations management is performed by sister company EWR GmbH. At the balance sheet date PSR employed 5 people and had about 900 parking spaces, of which 601 were occupied by long-term parkers.
