TEGA–Technische Gase und Gasetechnik GmbH, headquartered in Würzburg, is a Germany-wide company for filling and distribution of liquefied gas, autogas and refrigerants as well as related application technology; the registered capital is EUR 410,000 and the company employed 106 staff at the reporting date. It operates three sales offices (Regensburg, Erfurt, Emsdetten), two filling plants (Marktbreit, Regensburg) and a distribution network of over 500 partners, serving both private and corporate customers domestically and in Europe. The product range includes propane in bottles, containers and tanks marketed under the trademark TEGAS and fluorinated and natural refrigerants under the trademark TEGAN; complementary services include planning, implementation and maintenance of central gas supplies and process engineering installations. Until 31 March 2018 TEGA was a 100% subsidiary of Linde AG and was sold on that date to DCC Germany Holding GmbH.
