The company performs supervision, implementation and execution of construction projects, the acquisition and disposal of land, as well as the management of commercially used properties and the administration of apartments and condominiums pursuant to its articles of association. As of 31/12/2024 the company managed its own portfolio of 15 apartments, 2 parking spaces and 12 commercial units with 1,278.12 m² of residential space and 4,165.91 m² of usable space; all apartments are privately financed. Under a management contract it administers, on behalf of its parent Wohnungs‑Verein Rheine eG, 1,792 apartments, 5 commercial units and 629 garages/underground parking spaces as of 31/12/2024. As a fiduciary administrator the company cared for 1,197 residential units, 17 shops and 102 garages of third parties as of 31/12/2024.
