Since 1 July 2012 Nestlé WCO GmbH has acted as the operating management company for the Nestlé WCO business area of Nestlé Deutschland AG and conducts production and distribution of food and consumer goods with its own staff at the Schwerin and Malliss‑Conow production sites according to Nestlé Deutschland AG recipes and procedures. All expenses are invoiced to the shareholder Nestlé Deutschland AG; 2024 revenues mainly comprised cost reimbursements of EUR 27,560,820.45 and a management fee of EUR 10,000.00 (total revenue EUR 27,570,820.45). The operating fixed and current assets are held by Nestlé Deutschland AG under the management agreement and receivables from affiliated companies amounted to EUR 4,127,198.14 as of 31 December 2024. The company employed on average 405 production staff and 22 apprentices in 2024 (total 427) and reported a pre‑profit‑remittance result of TEUR 10, which was transferred to Nestlé Deutschland AG.
