The company's purpose is the operation of a specialist clinic for diagnosis and treatment of oedema diseases and related conditions resulting from blood and lymphatic vessel disorders. The Seeklinik operates an inpatient facility with 120 beds (expanded in 2014) and features a dining hall, cafeteria and three passenger lifts; all rooms have shower/WC and telephone, with TV available on request. The clinic provides medical rehabilitation services under § 111 SGB V and treats patients covered by the German Pension Insurance, employers' liability insurers, statutory and private health insurers; it also accepts private paying patients. In fiscal 2024 occupancy averaged 71.82% and the average workforce was 78 employees (including 5 physicians, 11 nursing staff and 26 physiotherapists).
