Mannheim Business School (MBS) is a non-profit limited liability company founded in 2004 whose statutory purpose is the promotion of science, research and teaching according to § 2 para. 5 sentence 1 no. 1 LHG and the maintenance of contacts with business and alumni. In cooperation with the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Mannheim, MBS primarily conducts seminars, lectures and continuing education measures that enable participants to sit exams for MBA or master degrees. Die Beschaffung und Weitergabe von finanziellen Mitteln für und an andere steuerbegünstigte Körperschaffen i.S.d. §§ 51 ff. Abgabenordnung nach § 58 Nr. 1 der Abgabenordnung sowie juristische Personen des öffentlichen Rechts. Dabei sollen insbesondere Zwecke anderer steuerbegünstigter Körperschaften gefördert werden, die dem Gegenstand des Unternehmens entsprechen.
