As of December 31, 2024 the company held 100% of Vertiv GmbH (Munich), Vertiv Infrastructure AG (Switzerland) and Vertiv Czech Republic s.r.o. as well as a 5% minority stake in Chuo Electronics Co., Ltd.; shares in affiliated companies are carried at EUR 14,923,214.86. Financing is provided by equity (subscribed capital and capital reserve totaling EUR 24,015,274.08) and intra‑group cash‑pool arrangements; liquid funds including cash‑pool receivables amounted to TEUR 22,698 at the balance sheet date and total assets amounted to TEUR 39,512.
