Digital Reload Holding GmbH

The Digital Reload group comprises Digital Reload Holding GmbH as the parent and the operating subsidiaries M&M GmbH (Merzig) and ICP Transaction Solutions GmbH (Trier) with further subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic and Luxembourg. Under the Digital Reload brand the group operates as one of the largest processors for prepaid applications in Central Europe and provides services such as activation/top-up of prepaid balances, mediation of electronic payments, gift voucher programs and loyalty systems; the PoSA segment (Point of Sale Activation) is a core business area. The company runs its own trading activities, consignment warehouses for third parties and acts as a transaction processor; sales, billing, warehousing and order management are centralized via in-house software and outsourced data centers. In 2023 the group strengthened management structures and invested in technological competence; capitalized expenditures for new product solutions and digital infrastructure amounted to around €1.0 million in 2023.
