ML Consulting Schulung, Service & Support GmbH, based in Cologne, provides consulting, training, service support and sales in IT matters as well as training in industry and public administration and focuses on e-learning, seminars and personnel development. Its core business is the design and implementation of educational projects, delivery of closed seminars and development of e-learning solutions and an e-learning platform. MLC was part of the ML group, was the group's main subsidiary, and was sold to a company of the EDUCAS group with effect from 30 June 2023. In the short fiscal year 1/1–6/30/2023 the company generated revenue of 7,910 T€ and employed on average 79 staff; most locations and revenue are in Germany.
