Walzwerke Einsal GmbH operates at the Nachrodt site a hot rolling mill with annealing, pickling and adjustment facilities, a bar drawing mill and a profile wire production and processes more than 400 different stainless steel grades into hot-rolled or drawn bar and wire. As of 31 December 2024 the company employed 251 people and supplies around 600 customers worldwide, ranging from group-affiliated stainless steel wholesalers to medium-sized processors. The product range includes hot-rolled products, drawn bar, profile wire and customer-specific special profiles; stainless steels account for the largest share by volume. Walzwerke Einsal is one of the European market leaders for rolled stainless bar and blank bar and achieves an export share of about 53.7% of its revenue.
