SVOLT Energy Technology (Europe) GmbH

SVOLT Energy Technology (Europe) GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, is an independent technology company of the SVOLT Energy Technology group; all shares are directly held by SVOLT Energy Technology Netherlands B.V., Amsterdam. SVOLT (Europe) acts as the holding company for the operating entities SVOLT (Saarland) in Saarbrücken and SVOLT (LiB) in Lauchhammer, which are under development; the company supports the build-up of the plants and also serves as the sales company for the SVOLT group in Germany/Europe. Research and development is a central part of the strategy; SVOLT (Europe) works closely with SVOLT Energy Technology Co. Ltd. (Baoding) and participates in EU-funded projects such as SiGNE, Renovate and AutoMat, with R&D, personnel and travel costs of TEUR 469 recharged to SVOLT (Baoding) in the reporting year. In the 2023 financial year the company generated revenues of TEUR 15,726, of which TEUR 12,220 were recharges to SVOLT (Saarland), TEUR 2,143 to SVOLT (LiB), TEUR 469 to SVOLT (Baoding) and TEUR 895 from trading with third parties.
