The company develops and constructs real estate projects for third parties, acts as a general contractor or economic construction supervisor, provides consulting and other real estate services, and acquires, holds, manages, rents and disposes of real estate as well as participations in domestic and foreign real estate companies (object of the company). In the 2018 financial year the company largely discontinued its core operating activities and transferred project development operations to the sister company Investa Development GmbH (management report). At the reporting date the company essentially still held shares in Hansa Buerozentrum GmbH & Co. Projektentwicklungs KG as well as in Lux e-shelter 1 S.á.r.l. and e-shelter GmbH & Co. KG (management report, schedule of shareholdings). The commercial management of affiliated companies was carried out entirely by Investa Holding GmbH and, according to the management report, the company is in an inactive state.
