(4) Der Erwerb, die Veräußerung und Belastung von Grundeigentum und grundstücksgleichen Rechten sind nicht zulässig. Die Veräußerung von organisatorischen Unternehmensteilen der Gesellschaft ist ebenfalls nicht zulässig.
