BVVG Bodenverwertungs- und -verwaltungs GmbH

BVVG is a 100% subsidiary of the Federal Institution for Unity-related Special Tasks (BvS) and performs, on a contract basis, the management and disposal of formerly state-owned agricultural and forestry assets as well as mining property on behalf of the federal government. Core tasks include sales of agricultural, forestry and building land, leasing of agricultural land, retransfer of areas under asset law and the management of lease and purchase contracts. The head office is located in Berlin; operational branches are in Schwerin, Berlin and Magdeburg, the principal client is BvS, and BVVG also performs administrative and disposal tasks for the state of Brandenburg. As of 31 December 2024 the company reported total assets of EUR 9,150,674.35 and trust assets of EUR 488,556,235.08; it is not active in research and development.
