Grafana Labs GmbH

Grafana Labs GmbH provides research and development services as well as marketing and sales support to its parent company Raintank, Inc. and records all revenue through this intra‑group service agreement. The company contributes to the development of the Grafana ecosystem (including Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo and Prometheus) and assists customers with designing and implementing observability pipelines and optimizing monitoring and visualization strategies. The entity operates a fully remote workforce, is a 100% subsidiary of Raintank, Inc. and has no external revenues because customer contracts are concluded by the parent company. Remuneration for services is based on a cost‑plus pricing model that covers costs plus a market‑typical mark‑up.
