“Meininger” Shared Services GmbH, based in Berlin, takes over all material administrative, controlling, marketing and sales processes as well as strategic expansion tasks for all hostels and hotels of the Meininger group. The company is a 100% subsidiary of “Meininger” Holding GmbH and is part of the Meininger group with entities domestically and abroad. In the 2024/2025 financial year it reported revenues of TEUR 21,265, which consist predominantly of management fees charged to the hotels.
